Our two Sunday morning worship services provide opportunity for worshippers to give praise to God in a context where they feel most authentic.
C.S. Lewis once said, "All that is not eternal is eternally out of date." This resonates deeply with our worship community at First Baptist. We avoid style debates and "worship wars," focusing instead on conveying God's truth artistically. Our guiding principle is not whether something is old or new, high church or pop culture, but whether it accurately conveys God's truth.
Our 9:30 service is our "Traditional" service in the Sanctuary. Here you can sing classic hymns of the faith, along with uplifting choruses supported by our church choir and orchestra and accompanied by organ and piano.
Our 11:00 service is our band service in the Christian Life Center which we call the CLC. It consists musically of a band (Guitars, Drums, Bass, and Keys) with vocalists. We do a lot of Christian worship songs you might hear on the radio, but we also do fresh arrangements of timeless hymns.
We would love to help you get connected to the life of our church and serve alongside us.
Feel free to reach out to us, we’d love to help.
